Super Sweet Potato & Papaya Salad

This amazing & colorful salad will give you tons of energy so you can take on the day šŸ˜Ž sometimes life expects us to be super heroes and extreme multi taskers, but consider that perhaps those expectations are your OWN? Make yourself proud and fuel your body with some colorful nutrients!

INGREDIENTS:
-Spring mix
-Spinach
-Freshly cut papaya
-Sweet potatoes any way you like (except fried, lol)
-Walnuts
-Shredded carrots
-balsamic vinegar
-Olive Oil
-paprika

I sprinkled on some chia seeds and hemp seeds for extra awesomeness. Hemp seeds are one of nature’s perfect foods! TONS of benefits: rich in vitamin E, increased and sustained energy, rapid recovery from injuries, anti inflammatory, improved circulation & increased sex drive.
